AFTER SCHOOL CLUB TEAM LEADER
Grade G Salary £8,817 per annum (20 hours per week, Term Time Only
with the possibility of extra hours)

Oasis Charitable Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable After School Club Team Leader to work term time only, based at the Oasis Playspace, a dedicated fully equipped children’s centre located in Waterloo. This position is part of the Oasis Hub Waterloo team, which serves Oasis Academy Johanna, Oasis Academy South Bank as well as a variety of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community.
The successful applicant will be fully supported and work alongside the Children & Families Development Worker in a newly opened Afterschool Club with responsibility for the day to day running of the Afterschool Club, building relationships with local families, tracking budgets, developing processes and systems and managing support staff.
The After School Club is a new project and as such is a challenging, but exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated individual, ideally with the following qualities:
