Oasis Farm Waterloo is looking for an experienced community Operations Manager to provide leadership to staff, volunteers and stakeholders from our Oasis Hub Waterloo academies and interested schools and groups in the wider area.  This established Farm in the heart of London, is run in partnership with Jamie’s Farm, a charity that exists to transform the lives of vulnerable children in challenging urban schools by providing a unique combination of farming, family and therapy.

To ensure Oasis Community Farm Waterloo is a successful social enterprise and upholds the highest levels of animal welfare, we are seeking a motivated individual who has proven experience in moving a similar community project forward, helping it to increase its social and environmental impacts, while cultivating a well-run, beautiful space for the local community. We need an individual with all the necessary skills and passion to continue this vision.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A strong interest in horticulture and/or farming with a relevant professional qualification or proven experience.
  • Proven outstanding leadership qualities on community projects, with the ability to drive forward, monitor and measure their impact.
  • Proven budget management and business planning experience.
  • A ‘can-do’ approach, be self-motivated and flexible.
