Oasis Charitable Trust is a multi-national charity supporting young people and their families in 11 countries worldwide. Our vision is for building healthy communities: places where everyone is included, making a contribution and reaching their full potential.

The Campaigns Manager will work as part of the Oasis Global Foundation team, who support the delivery of the Oasis Group strategy, to develop brand profile and secure sustainable income streams across the group’s charities.  Focus campaigns develop and change over time but currently include radicalisation, gang culture, LGBT inclusion within the Church and child refugees.

This role is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to:

  • raise the profile of Oasis, a multi-faceted global charity, working at grassroots level making positive change to lives and local communities.
  • act as the day-to-day lead on delivering creative campaigns that generate exposure, secure media coverage and support donor development.
  • devise creative fundraising appeals, manage events and other campaign related activities.
  • play an active role as a member of the highly integrated Fundraising and Communications team.

In return, Oasis can offer:

  • Flexible working practices and family friendly policies.
  • A supportive network and family of staff in a motivating working environment.
  • A non-contributory defined benefit pension scheme with 7% Employer contributions.
  • 25 days holiday per year (plus Bank Holiday), rising to 30 days after 2 years of service.
  • A Long Service Award Program that includes one month paid Sabbatical after 6 years of service.

Oasis is committed to making a difference to the lives of the communities it works in, and as such you must show a willingness to demonstrate commitment to the values and behaviours which flow from the Oasis ethos.  We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff to share this commitment and to undergo appropriate checks, including enhanced DBS checks.
