Our Ethos

At Oasis, we believe you can either laminate your values, or you can live them. We can’t create inclusive communities unless we live out inclusion ourselves. That’s why our values matter. They shape how we live out our mission to build communities where everyone belongs. They also shape who we are becoming and help us reach our God-given potential.
As a movement, we are united by our shared ethos and habits rooted in our Christ-centred identity. This governs who we are, and what we are about. It is the golden thread that runs through everything we do.
At the heart of this is our symbol—the Circle of Inclusion. It’s a visual reminder of our commitment to inclusion and justice, and our belief that everyone deserves a place to belong, grow, and thrive.
