What we learn through our experience as part of local neighbourhoods, we apply to the most pressing challenges we see. From youth justice to the root causes of homelessness – we work to find new solutions that really improve people’s lives.
For far too many people and communities, our current systems are not working. We need to invest in new and better ways to overcome exclusion and injustice. We’re not a think tank – we’re a do tank. Our approach is to work with funders, communities, partners, and local and central government to innovate, pilot, and prove that new solutions are possible. Together we can imagine better and build stronger!
FINDING HOUSING SOLUTIONS

Oasis Villages
We must radically improve support for those who are being failed by our systems and left vulnerable to harm. Oasis Villages exist to offer children, young people and their families support, opportunity, and the skills they need for lifelong success. Our Village model brings together local people, voluntary organisations, businesses, health and public services to serve and support local schools, and to deliver better outcomes for local communities.
Oasis Restore
Oasis Restore is the UK’s first Secure School designed to kickstart a revolution in youth justice. Oasis Restore is a therapeutic alternative to a Young Offenders Institute (YOI) set up to challenge decades of failure to rehabilitate young people harnessing the power of love, care and psychologically informed, holistic education.
